Objectives

The Leading from the Middle programme will enable participants to:

• Gain enterprise-wide perspective of key business drivers and an expanded understanding of organisational-wide issues and how they impact performance
• Develop a personal leadership philosophy that reflects greater awareness and self-knowledge about one's motives, personality capacities and values
• Communicate direction, achieve alignment and build commitment to bridge the gap between senior management and the front line.
• Enhanced capacity to exercise influence in a variety of contexts,  including trust building, motivating, mentoring, leading and managing change.
• Enhanced capacity to master the middle ground of the organisation, and effectively manage people and processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Build professional relationships and collaborative networks across traditional organisational boundaries for greater success in current role and prepare them to shoulder future higher responsibilities.
