The Admissions Committee carefully reviews each application and decide who will be invited to participate in an upcoming programme. Qualified candidate are admitted on a rolling space-available basis. Spaces are limited, so apply early. We strive for a dynamic class with participants from diverse organisations and industries. Individuals who bring special leadership qualities and life experience to the class mix make good candidates. It is not uncommon for applicants to apply multiple times before being selected for the program, often due to number of applicants and the goal of creating a diverse class of participants for maximum impact.

The programme provides 3 months of training in 6 days of training. The six day facilitated workshops are interspaced with periods set aside for inter-workshop activities and self-directed learning. The facilitated workshops are full session from 8:00 am -5:00 pm, including time for lunch and refreshments.

The programme faculty represents a rich diversity of highly qualified and experienced subject matter experts and industry specialist. They are enthusiastic to share their experience and are committed to supporting participants in making the critical shift from middle managers to middle leaders.

Each participant is expected to attend all programme workshops, arrive on time and stay for the entirety. In addition, each participant is expected to complete all the inter-workshop assignments and participate in all group and cohort projects. Most importantly, participants are required to bring an open mind, and willingness to listen and seek to understand other perspectives. The programme is an exceptional experience, and what you will get out of it what you put into it. So, participants are encouraged to fully engage, contribute to discussions, build trust with other participants and embrace new experiences and perspectives.

The programme values personalized attention, so the number of participants are strictly limited to ensure the quality of the programme and the best learning and development possible for each participant. The programme on leverage consists of 30 participants.

Yes. Upon completion of the programme, participants will receive a Certificate of Content Mastering Certificate, a widely recognised symbol of excellence in Middle Management leadership education in Nigeria. However, there are strict course completion guideline for participants’ being awarded the certificate.

The programme fees include a comprehensive set of programme materials, lunch and refreshments on training days.

While your admission fee does not include hotel accommodation, we are happy to recommend a suitable hotel. We have agreements with venue hotels to offer participants substantial discounts, subject to room availability. All notification of cancellation, transfers and substitutions must be sent in writing. Full refunds can be obtained up to 28 days before the programme start date. Due to the substantial costs incurred for programme preparation and administration related to participants’ registration, any requests for cancellations, transfers and substitution received 28 days or less from the programme start are subject to penalty fees.

Transfers: Transfer requests must indicate the new date and/or new programme the participant wishes to attend.
Substitutions: All participant substitutions are subject to the sole discretion of the Programme Coordinator. Requests must be submitted in advance and will be reviewed on an individual basis, based on participant qualifications and lead time needed for any programme pre-programme coursework.
No Shows: Although substitutions and deferrals may be accepted prior to the event, non-arrivals will be liable for the full workshop fee that the delegate was booked to attend.
Single bookings cannot be split between delegates: the same delegate must attend the full workshop programme.
